Often called ‘Programme Clear Up’ or ‘Delivery Paperwork’ this process is at the very end of production and documents everything contained in the programme.

I work in close communication with both Production and Post to ensure all information is gathered to complete Transmission paperwork.

Transmission Paperwork

I have extensive experience in deliveries to all UK Broadcasters and International distributors. My role begins with a full hand over with the Production team and continues throughout Post Production supporting the Producer and Post Supervisor. Full paperwork delivery is made to the broadcaster and International distributor. An electronic copy of all paperwork is delivered to the Production Company. Copies are also kept on a secure network by MMBS for future reference.

• PasC forms

• Music Cue Sheets

• Schedule of Residuals

• Diversity & Portrayal

• Project Diamond

• Timecoded post production scripts (noting scenes, language and music)

• International delivery as per distributor requirements.

I’m often asked if I am able to do transmission scripts rather than full post paperwork. The answer is always yes!

Post Production Co-ordination

Some larger projects require support to the Post Supervisor in the form of a co-ordinator. I work remotely along side the Post team providing admin support such as ADR Co-ordination and full delivery schedule paperwork, this often includes co-ordinating all the paperwork above and beyond transmission paperwork. HBO deliverables are one such example, they require all documentation to be delivered as electronic and hard copies in certain formats.
